REFUND POLICY

INVALID ADDRESS
If the order is placed using the incorrect address, please email us to update the shipping address. After the order is shipped contact the shipping carrier to update the address.
If the order is return to sender due to the buyers fault a refund will be issued without the shipping fee. 

SHIPPING POLICY
ALL orders ship within 3-14 business days.  Tracking number will be email once order is shipped. (Check spam mail too) Make sure your email address is correct on your order.  Shipping may be longer during holidays and big sale days. (An additional 3-5 days) Orders are not processed on weekends and holidays.  International Shipping is 10-21 Business days depending on your location.
